During our stay they offered us to have a community walk and to discover a village next to our lodge - an incredible experience which was not touristic at all and helps the village to survive. Great initiative from them.

The service by the team lead by John was excellent and our room was clean and comfortable. I like the fact that it is a community based lodge and all profits go back into the community. It is a great base for the Mountain Gorillas and we would recommend a visit to Ride 4 a Woman organisation and the community to meet the Batwa people. We would definitely stay again.
